Debbie Ausburn has volunteered with and advised camps for more than 40 years. She has served as a foster parent, criminal prosecutor, and litigation attorney. She has volunteered with and defended youth-serving organizations throughout the United States in matters ranging from minor injuries to sexual abuse. She assists with internal investigations and advises clients about child protection policies, staff screening, and best practices for safety policies.  Tom Rawlings has spent more than 20 years representing clients who serve vulnerable populations. Prior to joining Taylor English, he served as director of the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services, director of the Office of the Child Advocate, juvenile court judge, and the Guatemala director for International Justice Mission. Mr. Rawlings earned a Masters’ degree in International Human Rights Law from Oxford University (UK), and is certified as Child Welfare Law Specialist.
